Hi C-H's,
Thank you everyone who sent me irrigation recommendations on and off list.

I was interested in the list of woods suitable for smoking, and in 
particular that "Acacia" resembles Mesquite in flavor. Does anyone 
know if this is true Acacia sp. or the common "false Acacia" (Robinia 
pseudoacacia - Black Locust) which grows in Northern climes?
