Here we go again, The Mad Dog yackin' about those DATIL peppers. Found a nice recipe for grilled chicken wings on the DATIL-DO-IT web page that I really enjoyed. I think it would make a nice marinade for the healthier skinless breasts, but you would probably have to double up on the recipe. 1/4c DATIL hot sauce (I actually did 3/8c) 1/2c soy sauce 1/2c frest lime juice black pepper (I prefer lemon pepper) Marinate 1-1/2 to 2 LBS. wings 4 hours, or even better yet, over nght. Grill, and use remaining juice for one initial basting. YUMMO!
