Hello, all! Unsub'd for a while - planting peppers, mostly. 1,200 this year, but nothing to rival Jim's operation yet! Seems to me JC planted about 15,000 a couple of years ago... I'm almost out of the mash I made from last year's harvest, and need both Hab and "Red" mash (between 50,000 and 100,000 Scoville Units) for my sauces. Jim has supplied me w/ Hab mash (last year), but is out 'til later this year - and he has a wonderful Cayenne mash I've been using (but need something a bit hotter, too). Do any of you produce mash - or can you steer me to someone who does? I would like to avoid Pedologues - the stuff tastes like the inside of a pesticide-soaked trashcan. YUCCCCHHHHHH.
