Bill, I'm partial to Enchiladas y Mas (cholesterol death) and Amaya's Taco Village (fresh tortillas). Though I did go to Chuy's today for lunch -- they do have a great table salsa. To get the proper chile references in here, it's time to start seedlings for the second season down here and was wondering if anybody might have seeds to swap. I've got two in particular -- an aji rojo and something labeled "aji teardrop" that are bearing heavy right now and I should be able to get some seed when they're done. I can't guarantee the seed didn't cross polinate since they're growing right next to other stuff, but that just makes it an interesting experiment.
