I've seen one, on a very cold day, go through both sides of a five-gallon bucket, and make the teenage kid whose foot it hit afterward tear up a bit. But what was brought up here was the use of blowguns; where one could obviously regulate the velocity of the paint ball. I would not condone the use of a paint ball, but have seen soft-ish rubber pellets advertised for blow guns. Perhaps, if you're too lazy or bored to just use the garden hose as others have advised, this might be a fairly "gentle" yet effective technique for getting them to move on. -- Erich C-H # 2099 Silver Glen American Shorthairs www.worzellaphoto.com/pets/index.htm
