Try Mild to Wild.  I got a little jar of flaked hab chipoltles last year 
from Jim; mmmmm.

When I was looking in the smoker at those 100 lbs of habs and the smoke was 
boiling out, well, I guess that's what some non-CHs might thing purgatory 
looked like.

I snagged one, pinched it, mild bit, took a bigger pinch, nothing 
serious--Jim and Abby are watching me and Jim is saying "You'll get it," or 
something like that, so then I took a big, maybe 1/4 hab pinch.  Yeow.

I got it.
