Hi Max, You'll have to get La Guacamaya hot sauce, which is a good, not so hot sauce of - what were they? chilacate peppers? - and lemon. Delightful, tangy taste, but the best part in your case is that their label shows a large blue and yellow parrot holding a chile in its claw in great glee. It comes in little bottles, but try to get the big plastic restaurant bottle so you can have the largest parrot picture. If I've got any of this wrong, I'm sorry. We ran out of the last of our Guacamaya some time ago and I haven't found a seller who would import this to England. In other news, has anyone seen the new Vindaloo-Flavour Pot Noodle adverts currently running in the UK? A typical one shows two guys racing down a hall in slow motion, kind of like Chariots of Fire. One of them falls, the other reaches his goal, which is the toilet. The accompaniment? Johnny Cash and "Ring of Fire". The pack shot of the noodles is captioned "Vinda" and a picture of a toilet (called a "loo"). Can't imagine that this stuff is edible but the commercial is nice.
