Hello all!

I just signed up, and I'm glad to be on this list! It amazes me the
knowledge and experience found here! I am not a hardcore -chile-head yet,
but have been dabbling for a few years (since I came back to Alberta, Canada
from studying in Mexico). This year I am growing some Habs, cayennes, hot
wax, super hybrids in 5 gal pots, and it seems I joined this list just in
time for frost to hit (ah!). Monday night, (June 10!)was not just frost, but
frost so thick that marbles of it needed scraping off of car windows. (on
June 10!). I've been growing inside under lights for a while, so many of my
plants (esp. the super hybrids)have some fruit already. It looks like the
plants will actually live, though leaves (esp the habs) are quite damaged.

My question is: the frost seems to have caused some of the (green) fruits to
have purple areas on them - will these fully develop, and become edible?
And also: besides normal TLC is there anything to help frost recovery?

Anyway, I'll try to keep any future submissions shorter than this one, and
I'm glad I had 20 of my plants inside in my homemade hydroponics system!
Thanks a lot folks! What a great list.
