I made the best salsa... I had smoked some vegetables over mesquite...plum tomato halves, corn, vidalia onion halves, and hot peppers...had some left over. I put about 10 smoked tomato halves, 1/2 smoked onion, 4 smoked peppers, pieces from 1 smoked corn, plus a bunch of cilantro, 4 fresh plum tomatoes, 3 scallions, some fresh hot pepper, 1 avocodo, juice of 1/2 lime in food processor & pulsed until the right consistency.
