Cowhorn is probably just an English translation of Corno di Toro or Horn of the Bull. They are fairly thin skinned sweet peppers which really don't taste very good until they are ripe. I sell seeds for the red and yellow varieties and while they both taste good, really taste different. Another variety which looks somewhat the same is the Cubanelle. I find that they taste pretty good when picked green. Hope this helps. > Just checked www.chileplants.com -- their picture of a cowhorn looks like > what I have labeled as a red hot -- either my nursery or I mislabeled the > plants. Any info would be appreciated.... Dave Anderson Tough Love Chile Co. Http://www.tough-love.com
