Yeah, their flavor is kind of open and bright like habs and bonnets.  I 
could imagine some kind of hours d'ouvres recipe with them stuffed, they're 
so wrinkly and cute.

I was doing that trick with the Texas Pete and powder when I was in Virginia 
and the Carolinas several weeks ago - lots of good seafood.

Ever tried putting some fresh hot pepper into a jar of that Taste O' Texas 
pickled okra?
