Chet's Volcano Shrimp 2 Dozen Gulf Shrimp shelled Shrimp 1/4 Cup olive oil 1 Each fresh lemon juice squeezed fresh 2 Tbs Hot Sauce Louisania style 1 Tbs Soy light 1/2 Stick Butter melted 2 Tablespoon tabasco sauce 1 Tablespoon oregano 2 Ea garlic crushed 1 Tsp salt 1-2 finely diced Hab peppers OR to taste 12-18 Skewers - water soaked! Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinade for 1-2 hours. At the same time soak your skewers in a dish of water. Skewer 4 or 5 shrimp together when ready. Broil (BBQ) on a grill for about 3-4 minutes each side depending on the size. Use the rest of the marinade drizzle over the top as you cook. Caution - it does flame up on the grill when doing this. Serve the shrimp with your favorite rice and fresh green pea pods. Happy 4th of July!
