I just got back from Hoodsport, WA and wine tasting at the Hoodsport Winery. While I was there, I found a jar of Lopez Larry's (Soon to be indicted) Habanero Mustard Sauce.  Made on Lopez Island, Wa. Of the "Soon to be famous" product line. I must say, the flavor is quite good with a very nice follow through bite. I can't wait to try it on a sandwich! 
If anyone wants to try some, the number is 360-468-2992. There were also other flavors such as Jalapeno, roast garlic, and Smokey cheddar. All mustard sauces.
