[CH] Seaweed Spray

I have the weather channel on because we're in thunderstorm/flash 
flood mode. The run gardening tips from a guy named P. Allen 
Smith. Today he was talking about seaweed sprays increasing 
plant size and production. He may be on to something because 
they may contain cytokinen, a plant growth regulator.

I'm doing some unscientific messing around with cytokinens and 
think I'll spray some peppers  and tomatoes. There is some
