Hi, I like to slice off the stem end, deseed (sorry,I'm saving 'em) blanch in boiling water for about 5 mins,stuff them with a mixture of cooked rice, garlic,shrimp and grated pecorino, put the stem ends on them like little hats and bake 'em for 20-30 mins in a 180degree (Celsius) oven or until they smell too good to resist any longer.
