Dear Pods,
I Lost!
The Sawtell Chile Festival ..
I arrived at the start of the second heat and Brett Elphinstone Asked me if I would like to Qualify!!!
I passed and watched a guy eat 12 Red Savinas..
In the first heat the contestant only ate 5 ..
so at 2.30 pm on saturday I lined up..
BRETT HAD A SURPRISE FOR ME
I had to eat two small tubs of Hab Mash first,
FWIW it was hot then eat 12 habs..
Independant observers have told me that Dave the winner did not chew his first 3 habs or his last 2 ,
swallowed them whole, and he only beat me by one ..
No sour Grapes
He actually ate 24 habs 12 to qualify and 12 to win ..
FWIW I took 2 Panadene Forte tabs,30 min beforehand, on account of the headache that hits me 10-15
minutes after, They worked, unfortunately they had adverse effects and bound me up so that instead od
the Burning ring of fire I passed some thru the bladder, ( wish the swelling would stay up)!.
The Hab mash got me ..
first time I had to sooth my palate with Choc Milk,,

my Manager went straight to the new guy and offered his services..\
Next time you will hear from me I'll be picking cigarette butts out of the gutter and drinking cheep wine..
