Last night at a local Mexican place I spied some bottles of hotsauce at the 
waitress station.  On ambling over I noticed one of them was a bottle of El 
Yuceteco Chipotle sauce.  Immediately grabbed it and tried it first on some 
chips, then later on with my dish of carnitas.

This stuff was very good!  Good smokey flavor (Chipotles were the first 
ingredient), nice heat, no food coloring and only a little acietic acid as a 
preservative.  Has anyone else run across this stuff?
