Doug, Father Jim, All... I'm getting ready to make "Strawberry-Habanero Marinated Ribs" for Sunday's Almost Hot Luck. The recipe calls for 2 TBS of habanero hot sauce and I, of course, want to use my El Yucky-Techo green. However, I need to mix it with strawberry jam... What is that atomic (was that Cameron's wording???) green going to do - colour-wise - to the strawberry jam? Anything? Or izzit a moot point since the ribs are going to be smoked/grilled/Q'ed anyway? And the two folks that want to know the directions on page 19 of "The Great Ribs Book," on getting the membrane off ribs...
