Awhile back, I sent some instructions from our Mitsubishi tractor manual. Today, Celeste and I were in Reno to do some shopping and I hit the Asian store to pick up some commodities including mein. That's noodles for you who don't cook Chinese. Here are the instructions from L&W Chinese Noodle: "Put one bunch of the noodle (about 8 OZ) evenly into the boiling water (about 3 quarters). After 4 - 5 minutes (please cook with strong fire for 2 minutes, then turn to the mild), mingle the noodle tenderly with chopsticks. After cooking. take the soft and plump- noodle out of boiling water and pour it with the cold. This product is so specially manufactured that you need only little time for cooking. No matter being fried, socked, or mingled as cold dishes, it's so delicious and fit your flavor all the same." We are actively searching for socked recipes. Any ideas?
