[CH] pickled summer veggies

Summer has finally arrived with a vengeance here in the midwest (Omaha,
NE).  Temps in the upper 90's with dew points in the mid to upper 80's. 
The garden is loving it.  In fact loving it too much.  Today I put up 7
pints of pickles and have another batch for later in the week.  Habs are
green as grass and hot as the devil.  Many other varieties are producing
faster than I can eat or dry.  My question is does anyone have the
recipe for pickled summer veggies?  The one I am looking for has
broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions and peppers in it.  I checked the
archives and didn't find it.  Help would be appreciated.  Vince
