Scott's tofu jerky might still need some work but this man puts together the most delicious pepper stuffed green olives. He gave me a large jar to take home and....they're gone! Consumed, finished, inhaled, snarfed down, gone! I don't remember enjoying a snack this much in a long time and even the scotch bonnets didn't knock me for a loop when they were wrapped in salty green olive flesh.
