KCK Well at least you can use the excuse that it is hidden in your garage. I walk by mine every day on the way to my garden. But I am improving a bit. I dumped out my water pan only three days after I smoked some cheddar cheese the other day. Also I bought one of those containers you put a keg and ice in to soak my grills and water pan. Which eases the pain a bit with the scrubbing. Matt
