-=> Quoting Duncan McAlpine to All <=- DM> Does anyone have a recipe for Cabage Salsa? Hi Duncan Here are three recipes I dug up. I have never tried any of them out so I can't comment on how good they might be. This first one looks like a tasty vegetable relish but I'm not sure I'd call it salsa if I served it. ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Hpj's Cabbage Salsa Categories: Salsa, Vegetables, Relishes, Chilies Yield: 1 Servings Cabbage; -coarsely chopped Chillies Onions Garlic cloves Cilantro lemon juice Salt My current favorite cabbage dish is a cabbage salsa. Just substitute coarsely chopped cabbage for the tomatoes in a good fresh salsa recipe. In other words mix the cabbage with chile peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt, all to taste. From: "H. Paul Jacobson" rec.food.cooking ----- This second one sounds good.
