Thank you Risa for the reminder about Eat the Heat tonight  - I finally
got to see it after missing it twice.    It was great and really neat to see
some faces that I recognized from this site (including Risa).     
I'm a closet chilehead and slowly 'coming out' so my husband was shocked 
at how much I knew  about chiles......lots of fun.

Also, I wanted to say thanks for the recipe for chile pepper oil that was 
going
around last week.     I used light olive oil and now have a beautiful dark 
red oil
that has a mild but nice flavor.      
Next come the hab olives...................
