Hello to All!! I to have been reading all the posts to this forum (and have posted occasionally) for almost a year and have decided to join in the fun. I live in the Northeast (New England) & live in Northeast Massachusetts & my family thinks I'm nuts and they call me "the Chileman" in whispers behind my back (hence the handle The NorthEast ChileMan). I grow mostly from seed but have no problem with trying what the local garden suppliers have to offer (and have 12 "Super Chiles" in the ground or 5 gallon pots from them on recommendation from posts from this forum). I turned 50 this year and between almost 200 hot pepper plants/other veggies & herbs/80 year old home/full time job/wife (who's NOT a Chile-Head) & 3 kids aged 7/almost 6/gonna' be 3 in Oct. I hope y'all will cut me some slack if my posts are late or seem out of date (by the way, I'm keyboard illiterate so my hunt & peck method of typing makes my responses even later). I just got back from vacation in New Hampshire (left what little of my money was left from Taxachusetts with your state Byron so you can continue to have a County Agent you so fervently have maligned Mike Dukakis for removing in MA but I send all my stuff through my sister in Derry or best friend in Londonderry to their Country Agent so I figure I owe ya') and read Digests 381 through 386 and the journey begins. Saw my first red pepper on return from Cow Hampshire, Paul (The NorthEast ChileMan) PS It's a Super Chile so thanks to all who recommended it.
