Hi folks, Had my first serrano ever, today, fresh off one of this year's plants. It was about 1 1/2"l and still green, but a couple of weeks old. Nice bite with a crunch! I keep reading on the list that these should be eaten while green. Would someone please tell me what's the best way to preserve these little bullets. This is my third year growing peppers and usually I just freeze 'em, though I'm going to try my hand at smoking up some at month's end. Chile's and Zappa! Mike - Montreal
