Dave is the former editor of Chile Pepper Magazine, author of 
countless books, and he runs a couple of Fiery Foods shows each 
year. He's the guy the reporters call when they want to check out 
the facts on a story about chiles. He was featured on "Eat the 
Heat". I've been a subscriber at his website since the beginning.

If you received a message from him inviting you to check out his 
site, you should feel honored. His books can tell you how to grow 
them and eat them and I'm proud to carry quite a few of them at my 
bookstore.
