Ah, what Baskin-Robins calls Flavor 31B ... they keep it behind the counter, 
you have to ask for it.  Can't sell it within 1000 feet of schools or homes. 
  Never on Sunday or any election day.  Gotta show ID.  The clerks who 
dispense it have to be registered with the state, and the scoops they use 
are inspected.  In Indiana, they can't sell it from a store that also sells 
food, unless you get it unrefrigerated.  In Utah, you can't get it at all; 
you have to settle for jicama-vanilla.
