OK, yesterday I took the plunge and started a bottle of tequilla with dried chiles in it. I put some Sauza Hornitos Reposado into a little 1800 bottle corked with a cork of real cork. I added one little red Jamaican Hot, one that appears to be a datil or red amazon wiuth the stem cut off, one super chile (vivid red) and what I think is one of the smoked jalapenos that our Jeff Snader gave me last year. Some of the peppers floated, some sank. It has been about 20 hours since then. The floaters and sinkers are still in their respective places, but the sinkers are giving off a deep smoky red color to the bottom 1/3 of the mix. I want to take a digital shot of it and post a link to it. I'm considering this to be a pilot batch; if I like this, I'll try to have some ready for the open fields. - A _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
