I have to admit that I probably wouldn't eat sushi/sashimi if it weren't for generous helpings of wasabi, so generous that your eyes water and your sinuses become clearer than they have in weeks. Sigh. Actually, it's a lot like English Mustard. I've noticed that the US Colman's (not dry mustard) is not as strong as British Colman's. Has anyone else noticed this? Cathy tiki456@aol.com
