Hmmmm ... you know how people string popcorn to use like tinsel on a tree, 
then after the holiday they leave it out for the birds?

What if you strung some chiles into one of those popcorn strands, and when 
the birds clean it off, maybe you'll start volunteer chile plants around the 
neighborhood.
