I have just purchased a food smoker bag (strong smoke) .....I'm hoping that it will at least give me an idea of that smoked flavor that you chileheads are always talking about, I've even been looking into buying a l'il chief. I would really appreciate a couple of recipes, maybe chicken -porkchops or just vegis? I have some fresh habs, serranos and jalapenos on hand. Would a firm white fish smoke well? Thanks all Michelle
