Wasn't Ed a list member? I received the peach and hab preserve recipe from him a few years back. It is DEFINITELY a winner! Just don't do like I did the first time and let it cook to long. I pretty much ended up with jars of hard candy. It would have been great if I could have removed it from the jar :^) Actually I did make the bottom of the batch into candy. I poured a blop onto saran wrap, placed some minced hab in the center, and put another blop on top before wrapping it all up. They were a bit sticky, but tremendous. The second batch was wonderful jam. Suz
