Ok, here's my version of corn on the cob Leave the husks on, but pull them back to take the tassles off. Deposit some pepper (I use jalepeno) slices between cob and husk as you pull the husk back up to cover the corn. Soak in water for at least a half hour. I suppose you could microwave them at this point, but for me they go on the grill.The idea is that the water soaked husks steam the corn and the peppers leave a real nice flavor. I didn't find it real hot so even non-chileheads can at least give it a try. Signe
