I don't have the recipe, but several years ago at a hotluck in Aberdeen, Md. 
someone made habanero/mango ice cream.  I recall the mango flavor going well 
with the hab flavor, and the heat was pretty stunning... when you stopped 
eating it!  As long as you kept spooning the cold stuff in you were ok...
