My opinion is to pick as soon as pods are ripe.  Reduces possibilties of
bugs, birds, diseases and rodents from getting my crop.

My name is Jens Backman , and I live in Sweden. I grow 5 different kinds of
chiles in a greenhouse.
(thought I´d make a little presentation since I´m new) :)

Now my question is this do You guys harvest the mature chiles right away ,
or do You wait until all chiles on the bush is mature ?
