Hi,

A few days ago I got my chile products from Uncle Steve.  Very interesting
stuff, and I'm now finding applications for smoked chile.

I already found an easy one.  At the supermarket here you can get taco salsa
labelled 'HOT'.  Let me tell you, it's NOT.  But after I mixed in a small
teaspoon of smoked hab powder to the jar and let it stand a bit, is
definately IS.  Wow!
