Hi everyone, Yesterday we ate our first harvest. They were the mild Anchos. We made a salad 'greek style' so tomato and cucumber with sliced Ancho as a substitute for the less peppery bell pepper and drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Yummy. The Ancho is wonderful eventhough it has no heat but a nice peppery taste. Next 'project' will be eating the ripe Jalapenos and some Super Shephard and Cerasella. Can't wait. I'll probably stuff the S. Shephards with ground beef and cheese and maybe some slices of Jalapeno. Sounds good. I noticed that the Bishops Crown has finally started producing the wonderful shaped pods. They look so cool. I really like them. They are supposed to be very hot, right? Ooooohhhh!!!
