Hello everyone. My name is Jerry, and this is my first posting with the Chili Heads group. I enjoy trying to grow a variety of peppers each year, but always end up with more then my body can consume in year’s time. The peppers I place in vacuumed freezer bags seem to hold their heat just fine, but the texture of the peppers is like mush. The other peppers I use needle and thread to hang them up in a kitchen doorway to dry. The last batch I took down to grind up didn’t look healthy, so I threw them in the trash. What is the correct way to dry peppers out, so I want end up with moldy looking peppers? Many thanks, Jerry Hatfield Catch Disc Golf Fever: http://users.chartertn.net/hwyman _______________________________________________________ The FREE service that prevents junk email http://www.mailshell.com
