[CH] Administrivia: Extra Digests posted to the list

Please ignore the copies of older Digests being posted to the list (and, for
you Digest readers, the extra Digests generated by these).  Some ISP's email
software has the quirk of returning a digest with owner-chile-heads-digest as
the sender, which starts up the (presumably) never-ending circle of digests
being posted to the list, thereby generating more digests, which then get
bounced back to the list, etc, etc, etc.  All I can say is that it's happened
two times so far, and I'm glad I was not out of town :-)
