I was under the impression that PVP protected plants prohibited the sale/distribution of the seeds/plants/produce on a commercial. I don't think trading small quanities of seeds amongst individuals violates that patent as long as no money changes hand. Besides if you live in the USA I don't think anyone is ethical from a legal standpoint. What are ethics anyway and can I buy them somewhere since I seem to have none? Theres a huge difference between trading some seeds and commercial distribution.
