I was going to come. Had a friend ready to take me and my DH to it but a family thing came up. I am upset I can't go. I wanted to try the famous jambalaya (or is it gumbo) from the bikers and I wanted to try the chipotle ice cream that I missed last year. I also wanted to see Doug defend his title once more. How many will he eat this year??? 9, 10? I also wanted to stock up on the smoked chocolate hab powder from the farm and the smoked lemon drop powder, both ingredients in the Kick Butt Hummus. Anyone want to pick me up some??? I also wanted to pick up a jar of that peach habanero jam that was there last year but I decided not to. I regret that. I want to walk through the fields at Meadow View Farms but can't. I'll be missing all the fun and all the goodies, like samples at Red Lion booth and some yummy chili too. Say hi to Chip for me. I know that Karen will be there for awhile. She has to leave early though. Whoever goes, have a good time.
