[CH] Pepper Plague

Hi, folks...

I've been off the list for a few weeks, but this problem has
brought me back.

I have about eight Red Savina habanero plants and four Fresno
pepper plants growing in containers in my yard. All the habaneros
have developed this malady that I can't identify.

Would you pepper disease and pepper pest experts please take a
look at the picture on my homepage and let me know what I've got?
