[CH] Honorary Chile Head Movie Character

I saw a movie the other night titled "South of Heaven, West of Hell" written by, directed by and starred in by Dwight Yokum. I love the guy's music but I didn't particularly care for his acting or the movie in general. But there is one scene that helps redeem the movie somewhat. Dwight and his sidekick are sitting around a campfire. Dwight is drinking a cup of cowboy coffee while his sidekick sits across the fire eating beans. Everytime the sidekick eats a spoonful of beans he groans, moans, wipes his nose and eyes and exclaims and profanes about how hot and spicy the beans are. With each bite the groans get louder and it looks like the sidekick is about done in and you wouldn't think he is going to be able to eat another bite. Finally Dwight asks him if the beans are so darn hot why does he keep eating them. The sidekick's reply is - "Because they're so damn good!!".
I think Dwight's sidekick deserves to be Honorary Chile Head of the Week.
Other than that I hope all are having a Hot and Happy Labor Day weekend. I am just getting ready to pickle some peppers and grind some powder.
