Hello everyone I hope you are all fine. I have my peppers preserved for the winter and even canned down some hot sauce this year. One of the varieties is a yummy lime and ginger mix with a hab and vinegar base. Life can get stressful sometimes and I was astounded by the relief and solice I obtained from my pepper patch. Not only do they provide me with a tasty tummy fix just lately they have nurtured my soul through some trying times. Now that I have a grip on things again I hope to communicate more frequently. As well thanks to your excellent advice and info I am very excited about overwintering some of my babies this year. I have picked out the most prodcutive ones and the only trick now is being ahead of that Ontario frost that can happen so quickly. I have to be in Racine Wisconson later this year on business. Can anyone refer me to where I can stock up on some hot sauces. Mail order is fine but this way I can really stock up.
