Help!
I copied a recipe from the list for a rub(??? I think) but forgot to
title it. Could
anyone tell what I have by these ingredients????
10 green cardamon pods
6 T coriander seeds
4 T cumin seeds
10 cloves
2 inch piece of cinnamon stick
1 T black peppercorns
3 dried bay leaves
1 T ground mace
These are toasted and then ground.
