This does tend to atomize the oils so do it with caution, well ventilated etc. Another method I just came up with, at least for thinner walled peppers, is to cut off the stem end and roll them between your hands or fingers, then shake the seed out. Works great on Thai and cayennes, Spanish peppers and some others. Jals are probably too thick. Cheers, Riley
