He can't eat the blossom end of one.  Forget the placenta.
I think he went too hot on his first time.

Only 2 things I can think of to make it a little cooler is a cheese type
dish  or a 1/2 of one in an 8 qt Tomato type sauce.

What is he trying to do with the habs?  If he is eating them raw as is, nope
you can't cool them down.  If he is cooking with them, just add 1 or 2 to a
large dutch oven and the taste is great with a nice heat.  Or dry them and
add to a spice rub or marinade.

What type of chiles does everyone add to their chili?  I tried a few habs
and it does have nice heat the "right" flavor just isn't there.  I think
they are a little too "fruity" tasting.  The recipes I have always call for
Jalapenos. I've never grew them, I guess if that's it, anyone have any seeds
for next year?  :)
