Dear Fellow Chile Heads,

I am deeply saddened by the terrorist attacks against America and democracy. 
  My heart goes out to all of you; we have all been affected by these events 
in one form or another.  I hope that your friends and family are safe.

If there is any way that I can personally help, I will.    I think the most 
frustrating thing is not knowing how to help.

I called the Red Cross in NJ yesterday.  The woman told me to wait on 
donating blood for about a week because there is actually a backup of people 
wanting to donate blood and blood only keeps for a few days.  She also 
recommended sending a donation to the American Red Cross and writing on the 
check NY or WASH DC BOMBING.

I am also asking my fellow Americans to proudly display the American flag 
outside somewhere.
