Might well be legitimate but it smells like a spam trap to
collect email addresses.  In any event, your message will
mean more if you send it directly 
to Dubya:  http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

He probly won't read it himself but I understand they're
gonna teach him email as soon as he learns verbs.
